Hmm. Nothing much to explain on this one. Just felt that I should be less literal in my visuals and be literal with my words? Well in this instance, the words speak for itself and the circils that envelope the text accentuates the intensity of the issue - excercise.

looks good. don't quite get what that thing is in the middle, but i guess this design is mainly based on text. i like your grungy style, even though it's a bit overused nowadays. and using circles is always good...well done.
