Alejandro Abapo talks about the design:
This piece was inspired by a very good friend of mine. She had everything.. A wonderful personality, funny, good to be around with, and drop dead gorgeous. Around mid last year, she was the victim of a fatal car accident and the only person in the car to passed away. It took me a long time to realise that now she is in a better place. She is in a place where she can be free to be who se wants to be, to do what she wants to do, just like the leaves that blow in the wind.. And her kindness, love and beauty was her passport into where she is now... This is for you Nadia..
