This is just a simple design showing the four indicators that I think reflect the ideal of a ‘sound mind in a sound body’. These are the IQ (intelligence quotient) or intellectual intelligence, EQ - emotional intelligence, PQ – physical intelligence and SQ – spiritual intelligence. Although we don’t hear as much about the latter two, I think these four intelligences are all essential indicators of a ‘sound mind, sound body’.
