Ronin Takayama talks about the design:
This was a quick (well not really, it took so long because I was bored and didn’t feel like doing it all that quickly…) job that I only did because I was forced to do so by my school. I got the idea for after reading many a fanfic. I know the geisha’s are so stereotypically Japanese but I think that they are beautiful and I wanted to capture that beauty in the only way I could, i.e. ANIIIMMMMEEEE!!!!!!!!! Also, the Japanese are known for their “nerdy teenagers” who love anime, manga and, of course GAAAMMMMEEESS (Go Sephiroth!) Yeah, don’t be too harsh because it’s a really crappy image.
