How do I use this graphics software?

Providing help with image editing is out of the scope of this website, but there are some great tutorials available in various places on the web which may help. Google has a good list to start from.

How many designs can I submit?

You may enter as many designs as you like; but only your highest ranking design will be eligible for inclusion on the top ten. As a note of advice, be sure to take your time and make each one as best you can. It's better to submit one great design than five ordinary designs. After all, only one can win!

I've just registered, but I can't log in.

Did you activate your account? When you first register, we send you an email to confirm your address is working. You won't be able to log in until you click on the link in that email.

The website says I can't register again using the same email address. What's with that?

We've placed a limit of one registration per email address, because we rely on it to be unique.

The website says I can't submit a design because of my birth date or school. I don't get it.

To submit a t-shirt design, you must be between the ages of 14 and 18, and be enrolled in a high school in Australia or New Zealand. If your profile settings don't reflect that, the form won't let you continue. You should go into 'edit profile' and enter the correct information. If you're not actually between 14 and 18, you can't win - but you can certainly vote and comment!
