Concept statement
My design incorporates the theme “destination” through its use of past, present and future. By showing these previous three words (“past, present and future” for those of you just tuning in) with pictures of the cake in its “stages”, I am showing the household cake’s destination in life. And as for how I came up with the design, I can’t really remember since it was so long ago, but I do remember that I made it in the wee hours of the morning at the beginning of the comp and that I was wearing clothes at the time….I think.
Where in the world would you go to and why?
Somewhere with a good exchange rate and where I won’t get rabies ….. on second thoughts I’ll be happy with just a good exchange rate.
Favourite stuff?
Well I’m not sure about my favourites, but some of my least hated stuff include: music (not the poppy kind), clay-mation and horror movies, drawing and drawing related stuff, music, a certain “blue moose”, comic book super heroes and cheesy cartoon shows (both from my childhood) and did I already mention music.... too bad if I did, music again.
Three people you'd take to a desert island?
1. My invisible, NOT imaginary friend Fred 2. “You Know Who” (that’s right, you) 3. And finally the fine, fine judges of the make your mark competition (they count as one person)
What will you be doing in 10 years?
I could tell you what I’ll be doing in ten years, but then I would have to kill you.
Why should you win this competition?
Because I know where you live….. and plus my design ain’t too shabby either.
