Concept statement

Digestion Destination is a play on the concept of maps. I could have done just a city map with "you are here" on it but it seemed more innovative to use a scientific diagram of the part of the body the t-shirt covers. The "destination?" is a bit of a joke. it gets the viewer to imagine where the map eventually leads.

Where in the world would you go to and why?

I would like to travel through India. It is a religious and cultural epycenter there so there would be lots to see. The architecture of the grand buildings are amazing and would be very inspiring. The foods pretty good too.

Favourite stuff?

I love underground electronica music, renewable energy, swimming in the ocean, going to art exhibitions, long bike rides, traveling, drawing, photography, painting, turkish delight, Black Books, Douglas Adams, peeling glue off my hands, design book and dancing.

Three people you'd take to a desert island?

and leave them there? Tough choice but there are a few pop artists that could be disposed of.

What will you be doing in 10 years?

Hopefully working in the renewable energy sector as a design engineer, producing sustainable products.

Why should you win this competition?

My design aims to be fun and light hearted and will hopefully make people smile at the wearer as the pass. people need to smile more.
