Concept statement

My design gives the message that to have a sound mind and sound body you need to be sound within yourself to show others who you are. One of the things that says the most about someone is their taste in music, and you need to be a comfortable and sound human being to share a moment with another and letting them into you little world, through music. I also thought that the simple design is cute, cost efficient (without colours) and attention grabbing.

Where in the world would you go to and why?

I would love to go to Canada, and Paris. I think that skiing in Canada would be amazing and I have always wanted to go to Paris for the fashion and food.

Favourite stuff?

I love spending hours in second hand book stores looking at 18th century poetry books, sitting on my computer designing things, out in the city taking photos, going to see local bands play, and spending time with my friends.

Three people you'd take to a desert island?

My boyfriend, our friend who is a chef (so we wouldn’t starve), and Britney Spears, personally I think she could do with spending some time on a desert island.

What will you be doing in 10 years?

Running my web design business, and simply enjoying life.

Why should you win this competition?

I believe that I should win this competition because the prizes and recognition would help me immensely, to start my small business. I would use the Laptop to do all my designing and work on so I could finally let my little brother on the computer, or if I was to go on an exchange I would love the opportunity to gain some independence and do some travelling.
