Student Exchange Australia and ASICS are delighted to announce the winners of the fourth Make Your Mark creative design competition.

First place went to Dominic de Luca from ACT for his design "Angel Wings"

A panel of judges comprised of representatives from Student Exchange Australia, ASICS and Solutions First chose “Angel wings” from the Top Ten designs which had been decided by popular vote by users of the site. The panel agreed unanimously that the strong and engaging design was an “original interpretation of the competition theme Flight incorporating a thoughtful concept within a stylish and dynamic graphic”.

Dominic wins a $3,500 scholarship toward an exchange program or a $2,000 laptop computer; he also gets an ASICS product pack jammed with goodies valued at over $300 and a Lonely Planet guide book.

Second place winner David von Haüser from VIC with his design “lookicanfly” wins $2,000 towards a Student Exchange Australia program, an ASICS product pack, and a Lonely Planet guide book. The panel commented that David’s design “displayed originality and humour”.

Third place went to Alana Collins from QLD with her design "High Spirits". Alana wins $1500 towards a Student Exchange Australia program, an ASICS product pack and a Lonely Planet guidebook. The panel commented that Alana’s design showed “originality and creative flair”

Congratulations again to all the top 10 finalists. They will each receive ASICS product packs.

Congratulations to Dominic, David and Alana for their success and thanks to everyone who submitted designs and took part in the fourth MYM comp. MYM continues with the next comp starting in two days, Friday the 29th of April. Stay tuned for details! An upgrade of the Make Your Mark website will be launched in time for season 5 and will feature a bunch of goodies including a fresh new layout, larger t-shirt design images as well as updates from the Make Your Mark team. The new Chatterbox will show the latest comments about any design, so it's easier to find out what the hot topics are.
